Master Pendleton's Notes

Dear Students,

As we turn our attention from vacations and get back to the business of improving as martial artists I would like to remind each of you to get your testing evaluation checked off. Your basics are looking much improved along with your forms. Remember to continue to practice daily and remain focused on the little things like: chambered hand, foot angle, front knee in stances, and the fact that both feet face forward in a front stance. I would also like for you to continue to increase the intensity of your techniques.

  • Students interested in joining our competition team please sign up on the board. See the board for team practice dates and times.
  • Team practice will be held this Wednesday from 6 to 8. All team members should be present.
  • I would like for all students to attend the All Star Promoter tournament on Sep. 11th.
  • Please check the board for upcoming fundrasiers for All Star Karate Members. Thank you for supporting your classmates.
